Generate MOH 731 plus Report for key population in Kenya EMR with This Easy Tutorial

MOH 731B Report based

To Generate this report, makes sure you are logged in to Kenya Emr. Also make sure that you have either refreshed tables or recreated them. this is to help data that you have been working on has been updated with relevant tables. to start off, go to Home then click on Reports

Proceed to key populations tab; click on key Populations then on your left pick on MOH 731+

When you click on the report and press request report.

you will be presented with a pop up to fill start date, end date and sub-county.

After that click  request..

The process of report generation will start and after few seconds report will ready.

Its recommended to download as "excel" file to open the file to keep the format of the report. That is the process of generating MOH 731Plus for key populations.
